On February 16, the 5th day of the 2026 Olympic Women’s Curling Tournament will take place at the arena of the Olympic Stadium in the Italian town of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
The women’s tournament will run until February 22.
Sessions 7 and 8 of the group stage are scheduled for today. Three matches will be played in Session 7 on sheets (B, C, D).
In the group stage, 10 national teams play in a round-robin format (each team plays every other team), with the top four advancing to the playoffs (semifinals), where the medals will be decided under the Olympic system (bronze medal match and final).
Matches are played over 10 ends. In the event of a tie, teams will play an additional “extra end”.
