On January 24, a group-stage match will take place at the Stožice Arena in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where the 2026 European Futsal or Mini-Football Championship is underway.
In the first round of Group D, Hungary will take on Poland. The two teams are the quartet’s nominal underdogs. They are unlikely to be able to compete with the technically gifted Italians and Portuguese, but their head-to-head match is certainly of sporting interest.
