On June 4, on Philippe Chatrier Court (Paris, France), where the Grand Slam tournament Roland Garros-2026 is being held, the women’s singles semifinal will take place.
Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk will play Russia’s Mirra Andreeva. Marta is ranked 15th in the world. Mirra holds the 8th position. The head-to-head record (2-0) favors the Ukrainian tennis player, with both of Kostyuk’s wins coming this season. At the start of the year, she prevailed in Brisbane, Australia (7:69-7, 6:3), and a month ago she won the final of the Madrid “WTA 1000” event (6:3, 7:5).

In the quarterfinals, Mirra simply “rolled over” Romania’s Sorana Cirstea (6:0, 6:3). She needed less than an hour to win.
Both are playing brilliant tennis and have fully earned their place in the final. Who will come out on top today, and will Marta manage to reach her first Grand Slam final? Watch live on the TV channel: Eurosport.
