Almakhan will make his third appearance in the world’s most prestigious octagon. He began with a loss to Umar Nurmagomedov (unanimous decision), but at UFC 315 he managed to bounce back, stopping Canadian Brad Katona (KO-1).
Topuria Sr. made his UFC debut only this year. At the February UFC 312 event, he defeated Australia’s Colby Thicknesse by unanimous decision.
